Chad Kerley's signature CK pedals feature a comfortable concave body design, with 12 molded pins per side and micro knurling across the entire surface for added traction. The pedal bodies are injection molded from a tough nylon fiberglass blend, spinning on a durable full chromoly spindle. Embossed end caps feature the CK signature logo, and feature a unique removal slot should the pedal need to be tightened or greased.

Kink Bold HRD Stem
Balancing design, materials and manufacturing techniques allow the Kink Bold HRD to truly be a solid and affordable stem. The die-cast aluminum body is paired with a forged 6061-T6 aluminum cap, providing additional strength. A counter bore in the stem body allows the fork cap bolt to thread down flush for a clean look. The classic 50mm reach comes with a comfortable 32mm rise, and a traditional 6 bolt system. Chamfered edges and radiused corners give them stem a clean look and knee friendly design.

Kink M24 Fork Cap Bolt

The Kink fork cap bolt aims to make things just a little more convenient, and is keyed for both a 6mm allen key and 3/8th's ratchet drive. The cap itself is CNC machined from high grade 7075-T6 aluminum to provide the strongest threads possible. The M24×P1.5 thread size is standard across all Kink forks, and on a large majority of other forks as well.

Kink Pillar Crank Spindle Bolt

The Kink Pillar cranks use a unique one piece forged backplate that tie together the pedal and spindle bosses, while acting as an extremely stiff backbone to each crank arm. This design eliminates several weak points found in traditional tubular cranks, and increases the overall strength without adding weight. The Pillar cranks also feature a two piece hydraulically pressed spindle to arm design, and a heat-treated hollow chromoly spindle.
