Kink CST forks (CST being short for CAST) aren’t your average forks. The first standout feature on these forks are the dropouts which are invest cast allowing for a design to greatly increase the strength without adding too much weight or bulk. These dropouts are all about putting the material where you need it and not where you don’t.

In addition to the dropouts the forks feature tapered and internally butted fork legs a one piece fully CNC machined steerer tube fork blade ends relieved for peg clearance and flush inner fork legs for great hub guard clearance. A custom formed fork leg profile also improves fork leg and steerer tube junction strength by adding increased welding surface.

Kink Stoic forks put the focus on strength first and foremost, while maintaining a great aesthetic and super modern geometry. Stoic forks come in two different offset options, 15mm or 20mm, for a quick and responsive feel. The custom formed tapered and ovalized fork legs create additional hub guard clearance, while providing a ton of stiffness. Internally butted tubing adds all the strength where it’s needed, while keeping everything at a reasonable weight, both in the fork legs and steerer tube. The investment cast fork leg ends feature clean debossed K-Brick logos in the back and a generous radius in the front for plenty of peg clearance.

The Kink Vogue forks check all the boxes; strength, feel, and aesthetics. The fork legs feature a custom oval tube profile, welded up to a fully CNC’d steerer tube with internal butting to add strength where it’s needed. The investment cast dropouts are one single piece making them super strong and feature interior knurling to keep your wheel and plastic hub guards in place. The 25mm offset gives a responsive feel, without being too short or too raked out. Kink Vogue forks also feature steerer tube cut lines for those riders wanting to trim down

Kink Foundation II forks are a traditional style fork, that still utilize the latest technologies and materials available. Available in two different offsets to suit any riding style, the 26mm offset dropouts offer a quicker more responsive feel while the 32mm offset provide a more classic and stable ride. The investment cast fork leg ends provide a clean and smooth look, while the laser cut and CNC dropouts provide the classic shape and provide ample strength. The tapered outer profile and internally butted fork legs keep the strength and weight right where they should be. A one piece fully CNC machined steerer tube with integrated bearing race helps keep things a little bit simpler too.

The Kink fork cap bolt aims to make things just a little more convenient, and is keyed for both a 6mm allen key and 3/8″ ratchet drive. The cap itself is CNC machined from high grade 7075-T6 aluminum to provide the strongest threads possible. The M24×P1.5 thread size is standard across all Kink forks, and on a large majority of other forks as well.

These 100% chromoly steel forks are built to last! Featuring an integrated bearing race, 2pc CNC steerer tube, and an aluminum fork compression bolt. The tapered fork legs and 5mm thick dropouts look slick, while keeping these forks strong. The 26mm axle offset makes the forks more responsive, while still providing plenty of clearance for pegs.
